Court-ordered subpoena of files

The frequency of therapy sessions is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Individual psychotherapy sessions range from $80-$180.00/Session.

Payments can be made by email at info@lunarpsychotherapyandwellness.com or credit card. Upon payment for the session, a receipt with the therapist's professional registration number will be provided.

Psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP but is often covered by extended health benefits and insurance plans. We encourage you to check with your coverage provider to determine your eligibility for reimbursement.

At LPW, we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 business hours' notice or no-shows will incur the full fee. To notify us of a cancellation, please call us at 519-577-7571 or email us at info@lunarpsychotherapyandwellness.com. Please be aware that we do not accept cancellations via text message.
